Hi Everyone,

I had a fun day today. Because we can't move into our house until tomorrow, my mom and dad decided that we would be tourists, and go around seeing new things. We went on a boat tour this morning to a place where they have a floating market. All of the boats crowd together and sell fruits and vegetables. Some of the boats even have faces painted on them.

After I saw the floating market, our boat took us to an orchard, where I saw all kinds of trees. I saw a banana tree, and was surprised because the bananas point upward instead of downward when they are on the tree. The orchard also had a monkey, an alligator, and some fish. The owners gave us some mango, papaya, and jackfruit to eat, and some tea to drink. In their house I saw a bed with a mosquito net over it. I'm glad my bedroom will have airconditioning, so I don't have to worry about mosquitoes at night!

I hope everyone is having fun in Brockport. I miss all of you.

Love, your friend,

Hudson

Dear Hudson,
Was the banana good and did you have fun at the orchard? Was the aligator cool? Why was the monkey wearing a leash? Can you tell me in your blog? Too shoo, I love you. At school today we went to Gym and it was fun fun -- not that fun -- I forget what we did in Gym. I love your house -- it looks pretty and fun, I love your kitchen -- it looks pretty and fun. I love your mom and dad and Lily. I miss you.

Hi Hudson & Lily,
Grandpa & I loved the picture of you, Lily, and your Dad on the boat with the monkey watching behind you. How big are the alligators that people eat?
